Sveti Jurij (also known as Št. Jurij) is a village in the Grosuplje municipality in central Slovenia. The area is part of the historical region of Lower Carniola. The municipality is now included in the Central Slovenia statistical region.[2]

The parish church from which the settlement gets its name is dedicated to Saint George (Slovene: Sveti Jurij) and belongs to the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Ljubljana. It is a Gothic building that was restyled and rebuilt in 18th and 19th century.[3]
